Nail Art Weekly Project - Week 4

Hello everyone!

It's Week 4 of the Nail Art Weekly Project and the theme is 'The month you were born in'. My birthday is in February and having just done Valentine's Day nails last week I was stuck on what else I could do. Then I thought of birthstones and star signs - February's birthstone is Amethyst and my star sign is Aquarius. Now I know not all people born in February are Aquarius but half of them are so it still kind of fits with the theme :) This is how my nails turned out!

Also I have a new nail shape! What do you think? :)

These are the polishes I used:
Thumb - Barry M Bright Purple, Barry M Blueberry Ice Cream
Index - Barry M Bright Purple, Rimmel Delight
Middle - Barry M Prickly Pear, Barry M Amethyst
Ring - Barry M Purple, Barry M Blueberry Ice Cream, Bundle Monster plate BM-205
Little - Rimmel Delight, Barry M Bright Purple

For my thumb I sponged on Barry M Blueberry Ice Cream because I wanted the blue to be softer looking like on my ring finger. The wavy design on my ring finger is supposed to represent Aquarius - the water bearer!

I really love these nails and will definitely be wearing them for the rest of the week!

Click below to see what I've done for the previous weeks themes:
Week 1 - Outfit
Week 2 - TV/film
Week 3 - Valentine's Day

The Nail Art Weekly Project was started by Danni from Gingerbread Smiles and if you want to check out everyone else's designs search for #nailartweeklyproject on Twitter!

Let me know what you think and I'll be back soon with some more nail-related stuff!
