Today I did some distressed nail art inspired by Chalkboard Nails. You can see her design here. They are so easy to do and take no time at all but look amazing and I was so pleased with how mine turned out!
I used Barry M Watermelon as a base and then used Barry M Lemon Ice Cream, Barry M Blueberry Ice Cream, Barry M White and Barry M Black for the 'distressed' look. I took most of the polish off the brush and then made small, light brush strokes.
The way the polish is dabbed on kind of looks like a zoomed in part of a Monet painting :)
