Hi :D

I have no nails. I bite them everyday and have done so for as long as I can remember. It may seem a bit strange then that I am here, guest posting on a blog dedicated to nails. This is because I'm determined to make a change. I will stop biting my nails, I will buy pretty pastel nail polishes and I will perfect nail art.

It's the final week of the Nail Art Weekly Project started by Danni from Gingerbread Smiles and I can't believe how fast it's gone! I have loved coming up with different designs for each theme! This weeks theme is Glitz and Glam and I wanted to incorporate the negative space technique I've seen recently with glitter polish and here's how they turned out:

Nail Art Weekly Project - Week 4

Hello everyone!

It's Week 4 of the Nail Art Weekly Project and the theme is 'The month you were born in'. My birthday is in February and having just done Valentine's Day nails last week I was stuck on what else I could do. Then I thought of birthstones and star signs - February's birthstone is Amethyst and my star sign is Aquarius. Now I know not all people born in February are Aquarius but half of them are so it still kind of fits with the theme :) This is how my nails turned out!

Today I did some distressed nail art inspired by Chalkboard Nails. You can see her design here. They are so easy to do and take no time at all but look amazing and I was so pleased with how mine turned out!

So it's now week 2 of The Nail Art Weekly Project which was started by Danni from Gingerbread Smiles. The theme for this week is favourite TV show/film. I struggled this week trying to think of what TV show or film to pick because I literally have so many favourites! But I eventually decided on the TV show Arrow which I love and is one of my favourites at the moment! :)
