Born Pretty Store Qgirl-013 Stamping Plate Review

Hello everyone!

Today I have a review of a stamping plate (Qgirl-013)* which Born Pretty Store sent me! This is such a pretty stamping plate and when I saw it I knew I wanted to do an autumnal nail art design.

There are so many designs packed on to this plate. I used the leaf design on the top right. I like how there are small and large versions of a couple of the designs (good for people who have shorter nails and can only fit the smaller design on) :)

I used 2 coats of Barry M Poppy, one of the new silk collection polishes for Autumn/Winter 2014 and stamped using Barry M Foil Effects in Gold. I stamped the leaf design twice on each nail. The design stamped on really cleanly which I was pleased about.

I took photos with and without topcoat so you can see the difference. I think both look equally great!

This design definitely has a Christmassy feel to it as well! I'll probably be using this colour combo for a Christmas design later this year :)

Seeing as I only used one of the designs for this mani, I decided to stamp each design on a piece of paper just to show you how well the designs transfer from the plate. I thought the design on the bottom right wouldn't stamp very well because of the tiny details in the leaves but I was surprised that all the detail was picked up!
