Today's nail art was inspired by the packaging of some ModelsOwn eyeliner I bought recently. The bright geometric triangles were so eye-catching, I knew it would be perfect as a nail art design.
I love snowflake nails - so much so that I do them every year for christmas and this year is no exception. I opted for a gold and blue snowflake combo and kept it really simple but still really pretty and perfect for this time of year. There's a tutorial for this design on my YouTube channel which you can watch below too!
Today I'm reviewing another stamping plate Born Pretty Store sent me. I think the design I created would have been better suited to Halloween but because they're so bright and shiny I think they could be classed as party nails too!
Also excuse the weird hand pose - it was so awkward trying to hold a mini polish bottle!
I know many of you are going back to school soon or have already started so I wanted to show you some easy designs you can do to impress your friends! They're not really school themed because I wanted to show you designs that you can wear at other times too (as not everyone can wear nail polish at school).
The final theme for the Weekly Nail Art Challenge is 'Diamond'. I was looking forward to this theme because I wanted to use these diamond nail stickers I had. This is one of those designs that turned out just like I imagined in my head!
The next prompt for the Weekly Nail Art Challenge is 'Marble'. I love how these marble nails have turned out and they were much easier to do than I first thought!
I've always wanted to try out butterfly nails, so when I saw the next prompt for the Glam Nails Challenge was 'butterflies', I was so happy! A lot of people have done this butterfly design and I wanted to do it with a duochrome polish as I feel like it made the design come to life!
Now my exams are done, I'm hoping to post more often as I feel like I've neglected my blog a little bit. I'll start it off by showing you these easy summer nails today complete with a video tutorial!
